Brewhouses can be operated either manually or can be optionally designed for any level of automatic operation as desired.

Industrial brewhouses are manufactured at NERB-owned production plants. Tradition and state of the art technology - the pride of every brewery - are achieved to an optimum in the NERB product line. Reduction of energy consumption, combined with reclaiming, shorter brewing cycles, automation as well as simplified cleaning and maintenance processes, enable up-to-date top-class production quality and consistency.
These capacities are achieved by brewhouses which are custom designed for pub breweries. Despite their low capacity volume, the quality is comparable to the standard of an industrial plant. Although the possibilities for external design of such small systems are almost unlimited, the units still include the technology which is standard in a large plant. Double wall premashers, internal boilers and adjustable spent grains diverters are included as standard features. Optional features include a height adjustable raking machine and any degree of automation.
